Description
K'S CREATION-Z Lap Frame with Clamp.This lap frame allows for complete open sided stitching and will hold either Q-Snaps, stretcher bars, or any brand scroll frames (not included).
This unique 'Z' design allows the stitcher to adjust the height of the frame from 4 to 10 inches depending on their preference.
Like the Original Frame series from K's Creations the Z series is completely collapsible to lay flat for storage without dis-assembly.
The base and clamp are solid oak with antique golden oak oil rubbed finish and features a groove that is suitable for holding scissors or other accessories.
The Z frame is 16-1/2x5-1/2 inches when open.

I bought this and a qsnap after years of stitching in hand. I cant stitch in hand comfortably in all couches though and I want to be able to bring my stitching with me and be able to work more comfortably. I really like the adjustability of this frame, it feels very sturdy and hasn't toppled over with my bumping and shifting in my chair. The qsnap does tend to shift a bit, it's something to be aware of but isn't a deal breaker.
I've made a few modifications to suit my stitching habits, it would be really cool if the company had accessories sold for the frames like lights, pattern holders or sunken magnets to help keep scissors from sliding away. The price was well worth it and I'm very satisfied with how this performs

Bought this while I was in a bout of insomnia and shouldn't have. When I woke up I panicked a bit, but turns out it was worth the price and I love using it.
