      OESD StitchH20 Water Soluble Embroidery Topping.
      Designed to keep embroidery stitches from sinking down into the the weave or nap of your fabric. Ideal for embroidering towels or any other project as it will improve the look of your embroidery. Will not stick to embroidery foot. Textured finish of ease of handling. Excess tears away easily. Remove any remnants by dabbing with water.
