The Double Wedding Ring (DWR) Large Template Set includes 5 templates and is based on the much-loved CutRite™ Slit ’N Sew™ DWR system—now scaled up to create a generous 20″ finished ring. (The original DWR template set creates a 16″ ring.) The larger size means fewer rings are needed, saving you time and effort when making bigger quilts.
The Double Wedding Ring is a timeless and elegant quilt design that has traditionally been considered challenging. That’s all changed. This design has been “Liberated at Last!” with a fresh approach that makes it achievable for confident beginners while still appealing to experienced quilters.
The key is a block-based construction: four blocks form one complete ring. Using this template set, each block finishes at 10″, resulting in a 20″ finished ring when assembled.
