COVID-19 Update regarding processing and delivery times: PLEASE READ

We have been receiving an exceptional number of orders as many people are at home practicing social distancing (and crafting), and during this time we are asking our customers to PLEASE BE PATIENT. These are extraordinary times and we are doing our very best under the circumstances to keep on top of orders in a timely manor.

Please note that our processing time is currently up to 2 WEEKS, and our staff is already working at maximum capacity. The main focus of our in-store staff is to pick and pack orders, so during this time please refrain from emails and phone calls unless it is an order emergency, as this is precious time we need to pack orders.

If your order falls within the processing time of 2 weeks, please do not call or email for a status update. If you have received your order confirmation, then we have received your order and we are working on it. If something is out of stock and will be longer than the 2 weeks, we will do our best to contact you as soon as we can to consider substitutions, provide and ETA, or to cancel the items. Our inventory is currently turning over very quickly, so we are also relying on our suppliers to keep our stock levels up.

Your order may appear in the "pending" or "picking" status for an extended period of time. This means we have received your order and we are working on it. Shipping times listed refer to the time it takes for your parcel to ship to you via Canada Post, and is just an estimate based on NORMAL shipping times, (please allow a little extra time for your package to arrive). This is not included in our processing times. Please also note that Canada Post has removed their shipping time guarantees as shipping times have increased..

If you have an emergency with your order or you need to add or change something, it is preferred that you please private message us on one of our Facebook pages, as we currently have a staff member dedicated to those messages.
