Add lightweight stability to delicate fabrics without making them stiff or bulky. Callie Del Featherweight Fusible Interfacing is a single-sided fusible interfacing designed for sheer and lightweight fabrics, including handkerchief linen, voile, lightweight wovens, knits, and crepe de chine.

Ideal for garment sewing, this featherweight interfacing provides added support while maintaining the soft drape and feel of lightweight fabrics. It is machine stitchable and easy to apply with a household iron.

How to Apply

1. Prewash your fabric without fabric softener. The interfacing does not need to be prewashed.
2. Cut the interfacing according to your pattern instructions.
3. Set your iron to a medium or wool setting with no steam.
4. Place the rough/glue side against the wrong side of the fabric.
5. Cover with a light, dry pressing cloth. Press and hold the iron with medium pressure for 8–10 seconds. Lift and repeat across the entire area, slightly overlapping each section.
6. Allow the fused pieces to cool completely before continuing with your project.

Tip: Always test the interfacing on a scrap of your project fabric first to determine the ideal heat and pressing time.

Care: Machine wash warm and tumble dry low. Dry cleanable.

Cutting Information: This interfacing is sold by the ¼ meter and cut from a 20" wide roll. Ordering a quantity of 1 = ¼ meter, quantity 2 = ½ meter, quantity 3 = ¾ meter, and so on.
