      Description

      "MARY ANN MYERS - 1827"

      Fabric: 28 Count Weeks Dye Works, Natural Straw Gingham linen.

      Stitch Count: 162 x 240. The stitched original measured 10 x 17. If you use a 28 count fabric (as the model) your measurement will be close at 11 x 16. Mary Ann's fabric was an uneven weave.

      Belle Soie from Crescent Colours: Evergreen, Teddy Bear, Vanilla Pudding, Weathered Vine (2 needed), and Pecan Pie. Two strands of silk were used for stitching on this fabric everywhere except the over-one stitching.

      There is a bit of "over one" stitching in the design making this unsuitable for any fabric woven like Aida.
