I ordered cross-stitch pattern designs for my wife for Christmas, stockings for decorations for each month. I was promptly called and asked how I would like to handle the fact that two of them were out of stock. The customer service was excellent. They offered various options, and we decided to ship the patterns they had and keep my order to ship the remaining after they came back in stock. The main order arrived in time for the holidays. Early in the new year, the other arrived as intended. Great customer service.
